If you feel like mobility is keeping you from reaching your circus goals, or even just looking to learn what stretches are most effective for you, this is the class for you! In Flexibility you will spend time doing both active and passive flexibility and learning best practices to meet your goals at any level.
Tuesdays: 7:30pm - 8:30pm
Afraid to start? Feel like you could get that trouble skill if you just had a little more strength? Aerial Conditioning is the answer to your problems. This class will target muscle groups the way that aerialists use them. As you get stronger you will find yourself executing skills more cleanly and conquering more challenging skills.
Thursdays: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Feeling unbalanced after all those climbs and mounts? Need some cardio but not too much? This HIIT-style class will help you find balance in your aerial practice as we focus on short cardio bursts, flexibility, and the lower body. Expect to work your legs, core, and glutes as we dance, hop, and move to the music! It's not the yoga you're used to!
