- 15 minutes devoted to warming up and getting situated.
- 1-hour lesson on a discipline of your choice!
- 15 minutes for free play, cooling down and taking pictures and videos to commemorate your time!

- 15 minutes devoted to warming up and getting situated.
- 30 minutes of 1st activity
- 30 minutes of 2nd activity
