Flying Pole
This class is a dynamic aerial fitness session that combines pole dance techniques with acrobatics on a freely swinging pole suspended from the ceiling. Students build strength, flexibility, and coordination while exploring fluid spins, climbs, and gravity-defying tricks in the air.
Prerequisites:
Previous aerial experience is required.
Climb on silks or, Lift into a hoop with no jumping or assistance, or Pole climb or Pull up
Recommended Apparel:
You will be on a silicone pole. Tight full coverage leggings are recommended. Clothing should be tight to your body (excess fabric will cause more sliding).
Thursday:8:00pm - 9:00pm
